Cindi Triantos Trent is a graduate of Emerson College, Boston, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Theater Education (concentration in Musical Theatre). She is also the first Certified Autism Movement Therapy Provider in Greece.
Her class “ Dancing on the Rainbow” is based on the method Autism Movement Therapy , founded and directed by Joanne Lara, MA.
She is a Faculty member of the Dance and Music Departments of the Frances Rich School of Fine and Performing Arts at Deree – The American College of Greece (www.acg.edu) where she has created and teaches the courses Body Awareness and Movement, Jazz Dance Technique and Musical Theatre Performance in the Bachelor of Arts programs in Dance and Music.
She has extensive teaching experience in Creative Movement for Children,Stage Movement for Actors , Jazz and Tap Dance ,Dance Techniques and Performance Methods for Musical Theatre and is also a Certified Pilates Instructor.
She continues to teache dance, creative movement and musical theatre at numerous dance and schools of dramatic arts throughout Athens, and has taught seminars in Cyprus, Thessaloniki and at the Ionian University of Music in Corfu which also included directing and choreographing performances at the Municipal Theatre of Corfu.
She also has choreographed and staged musicals and concerts at the Pallas Theatre, The Herod Atticus Theatre and at the Athens Concert Hall-Megaro Mousikis
